Tour Mediterranée | Slimbeton® wall cladding
The Tour Méditerranée is a true symbol of the Marseille landscape, being the first tower erected in the 1970s by the architects of Atelier 9. Standing at 96 meters tall and comprising 24 floors, it remains one of the most imposing buildings in Marseille.
The lobby, already renovated in the 1990s, required an overhaul to incorporate an access control system. The wall cladding in Slimbeton® pays tribute to this material widely used in the tower's construction. Here, concrete is showcased as a precious material, often reminiscent of the aesthetic of the lobbies of these large structures.
