Network Building
In Bagneux, at the southern gateway to Paris, the Network building is one of the benchmark buildings in the Victor Hugo urban development zone. It provides a balance between economic activities, housing, retail shops and public facilities, with a view to sustainable development.
With a double BREEAM and HQE certification, both at the Excellent level, Network aims to be a model of sustainable development, in keeping with its eco-neighborhood.

"This principle and the pairing of textures and colors are visible in the lobby, the landing as well as the restrooms, where a more "metallic" atmosphere is present with more reflections and less saturated tones. Stefan Tuchila - Architect - Brenac & Gonzalez et associés
The agency chose metal panels from the Pure Paper Metal collection, a stainless steel color for the façades of the women's restrooms, and deep black for the men's.
On the outside, the Network Building boasts a contemporary façade that combines metal, glass and vegetation, in a grey-white-black monochrome color scheme. The principle was to impart the identity of the façades to the interior.
