Hélène Darroze, a chef without equal and a judge on the Top Chef TV show, has reinvented her restaurant to honor the home of her family. The space has been completely redesigned to feature a dining room in every shade of nude, with an elegant, pearly white, light-toned ambiance enhanced by the Panbeton^® Shui wall panels that blend with the brass inlays. Everything in this refined room gives you the impression of sitting down to eat amongst the clouds.
