ESSCA
Located in Bordeaux since 2016, ESSCA - School of Management - is moving to its new campus. The 5,000 m² building, formerly the Niel Barracks Officers' Mess dating from 1877, has been completely renovated to offer students a modern space dedicated to teaching, creativity and community life. The building, which is steeped in history, has retained its façade and has been raised three floors. At the cutting edge of HQE and BREEAM environmental standards, the building meets ERP standards.
Light Oak was chosen for the layout of the first floor, which is dedicated to student reception and teaching services. This choice was motivated by the desire to create a warm and welcoming space and to guarantee optimum durability thanks to the Oberflex surface resistance.
