The 147, designed by the Kardham Group, is part of Capgemini's global real estate transformation strategy, reflecting its collaborative culture. Spread over 8 floors, the space is an authentic showcase for the exceptional skills and expertise of Capgemini and its brands.

Saga Agencement was responsible for the interior layout, using a judicious combination of concrete and wood to create a bright, friendly environment that encourages interaction and exchange between employees, meeting today's needs for collaborative working and co-working. The concrete projects are many and varied, ranging from furniture to bar counters, wall cladding incorporating untinted mirrors for the television, a fireplace, tables and a tea room.
