600 W | Sterling Bay commercial lobby project
Concrete LCDA collaborated with Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC) and Charlie Green on the large-scale commercial renovation project of the Sterling Bay building, also known as 600 West Chicago.
A key challenge of this project involved transforming the lobby and adjacent warehouse spaces into light-filled, lively, comfortable, open and easy to navigate zones with attractive decor elements. This approach was necessary to facilitate the flow of some 7,000 people per day crossing the 20,000 sqm space.
